What’s included with Travel by Olympus?
These full-itinerary, all-inclusive trips include ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and attractions.
How far in advance should I register for a trip?
The deadline to register is 45 days before the departure date unless otherwise noted.
What fees are involved?
Fees for each passenger are one flat rate, so taxes and gratuities are included. We accept personal checks and all major credit cards. Deposit for all day trips is $50 per person, which is due at the time of registration. The deposit for multi-day trips is $100 per person. The 45-day deadline is also when final balances are due as well as the last day to cancel and receive a full refund of payments. If cancellation is made inside 45 days before departure, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
Can my trip be insured?
Yes, you have the option to purchase trip insurance for extra peace of mind. Life tends to happen and can get in the way of our plans sometimes, so be sure to ask us about your trip insurance options when you book. We’ll make sure to guide you through all your options.

Where do the trips depart from?
We have two main departure points for your convenience: Farragut (Cracker Barrel) 716 N. Campbell Station Road and Knoxville (Walmart) 3051 Kinzel Way.
Any other specifics I should be aware of?
The minimum age for travelers on motorcoaches is 8 years old. Each motorcoach holds up to 56 passengers, and there is a 24-person minimum to book a trip. Stops are offered every couple of hours to allow guests to use the bathroom, grab a snack, and stretch their legs. There’s also fun to be had while on the road. Aside from the camaraderie, we do things like play bingo, watch movies, and various other fun activities to pass the time.
